SSC is soon going to release the SSC JHT 2025 notification in coming days. The recruitment process of SSC JHT exam is conducted in 2 stages
viz., Paper I (Computer-based) and Paper II (Descriptive).

The recruitment process of SSC JHT 2025 consists of 2 papers: Paper I & Paper II which is tabulated below:

SSC JHT Apply Online 2025
a. Applications must be submitted in online mode only through the official website, https://ssc.nic.in as no other mode of application shall be
accepted.
b. Now click on the "Apply Online" link under "RECRUITMENT" tab & fill the SSC JHT application form 2025 after registration.
c. Applicants need to upload the scanned & colour passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50KB).
d. Before final submission of the SSC JHT 2025 online form, applicants should cross check all the details in every field of the form as after
submission of the application form, no changes/ correction/ modification shall be entertained under any condition.
e. Now pay the application fees online & save the final form for future use.
SSC JHT 2025 Application Fee
The SSC JHT Application fee is Rs. 100/
Note: The application fee is exempted for the candidates belonging to SC (Scheduled Castes), ST (Scheduled Tribes), Women candidates, PwD
(Persons with disability), and ESM (Ex-Servicemen).
SSC JHT Syllabus Paper-I (General Hindi & General English):
The questions asked in this section shall test the applicant’s understanding of the languages and literature (English & Hindi), correct use of
idioms, phrases words, and his/her ability to write the languages in correct manner, effectively & precisely.
Some of the important topics are:
Knowledge of Hindi, Antonyms, Synonyms, Phrases/Muhavare, proverbs, Comprehension, etc.
English Grammar, Comprehension, Vocabulary, Articles, Sentence Completion and Structure, Tenses, Spelling Test, Passages, Synonyms etc.
SSC JHT Syllabus Paper-II (Translations & Essay Writing):
This section will have 2 passages for translation. One passage will be having a translation question from Hindi to English and the other passage
would require translation from English to Hindi. An Essay will be given each in Hindi and English languages section which will test the candidate’s
skill of translation and their ability to write & comprehend the above two languages correctly, precisely and effectively.

SSC JHT Vacancy 2025
The SSC JHT 2025 vacancies shall be declared once the official SSC JHT notification 2025 is released by SSC.
There are approx. 312 vacancies. However, firm number of vacancies will be determined in due course. Updated vacancies, if any, along with
post-wise & category-wise vacancies will be made available on the website of the Commission (https://ssc.gov.in> For Candidates > Tentative
Vacancy) in due course. Candidates may note that State-wise/ Zone-wise vacancies are not collected by the Commission.
The SSC JHT 2023 vacancies shall be declared once the official SSC JHT notification 2025 is released by SSC.

The candidates selected for the post of SSC JHT will be paid a basic salary of Rs.35,400 and they will also be entitled for receiving many

Option 1: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination from a recognized University.

Option 3: Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English from a recognized University, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects (or one as medium of examination and the other as compulsory/elective subject).
Additional Requirement:
Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation (Hindi ↔ English) OR
Two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government offices including Govt. of India undertakings.
Same academic qualifications as Junior Translator (Master’s degree with Hindi and English combinations).

Recognized Diploma or Certificate in translation (Hindi ↔ English) OR
Three years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Government offices.
Option 1:
Bachelor’s degree in Hindi from recognized University with English as a subject at degree level (compulsory or optional)

AND Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from recognized University/Institute.
Option 2:
Bachelor’s degree in any subject from recognized University or Institute

Desirable:
