NABARD Grade A Syllabus 2026, Prelims & Mains Exam Pattern

The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development conducts the NABARD Grade A Examination every year to recruit eligible candidates for Assistant Manager posts in various streams including Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Agriculture, Information Technology, Finance, Legal, Forestry, and Rajbhasha. Candidates preparing for the NABARD Grade A 2026 Exam must thoroughly understand the latest syllabus and exam pattern to build an effective preparation strategy.

The NABARD Grade A Selection Process 2026 is expected to consist of three stages: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, and Interview. Candidates must qualify at every stage to secure final selection as Grade A Officers.

The NABARD Grade A Syllabus 2026 covers subjects like Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Economic & Social Issues (ESI), Agriculture & Rural Development (ARD), General Awareness, Computer Knowledge, and stream-specific professional subjects.

Candidates are advised to prepare according to the updated syllabus and latest exam pattern released through the official NABARD notification PDF.

The NABARD Grade A Recruitment Process consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination

Objective-type online screening test.

Stage 2: Main Examination

Objective and descriptive examination.

Stage 3: Interview

Personal interview and document verification.

Candidates qualifying all stages will be considered for final appointment.

The NABARD Grade A Prelims Exam is conducted online with 200 objective questions carrying 200 marks. The total duration is 120 minutes.

The Mains Examination consists of two papers including descriptive and objective sections.

For every incorrect answer, one-fourth marks assigned to the question will be deducted as negative marking in both Prelims and Mains.
