SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2026 Out: Download Call Letter

The SBI Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2026 is now available for download. The State Bank of India has activated the Preliminary Examination Call Letter link for the recruitment of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) under Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/2026-27/17.

Candidates who successfully submitted the application can download their SBI Clerk call letter through the official login portal using their registration credentials. The admit card contains the candidate’s exact examination date, reporting time, shift and examination-centre address.

Officially listed photo-ID options include Passport, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, a bank passbook carrying a duly attested photograph, or another identity document permitted in the official instructions.

Candidates arriving without the required photo ID, ID photocopy, photograph pasted on the call letter or two additional matching photographs may not be permitted to take the examination.

The authenticated or stamped Preliminary Examination call letter may be required at the Main Examination stage. Candidates should therefore preserve:

• The authenticated Preliminary call letter
• The authenticated or stamped photocopy of identity proof
• A soft copy of the downloaded call letter
• Registration details and login credentials

Candidates shortlisted for the Main Examination may have to bring these documents along with the SBI Clerk Mains call letter.

The Preliminary Examination contains 100 objective questions for 100 marks. Each section has a separate time limit of 20 minutes.

SBI Clerk Prelims Marking Scheme

• One mark is assigned to each question.
• One-fourth of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for each incorrect answer.
• There is no penalty for a question left unanswered.
• SBI’s notification states that no minimum qualifying marks are prescribed for an individual test or the aggregate Preliminary score.
• Section-wise marks are not maintained.
• Approximately ten times the number of vacancies, subject to availability and SBI’s decision, may be shortlisted category-wise for the Main Examination.

Marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination are not added when preparing the final merit list.

Candidates should follow these precautions:

• Reach the venue according to the reporting time printed on the call letter.
• Visit or locate the examination centre beforehand where practical.
• Read the call letter and information booklet completely.
• Paste the correct photograph before reaching the centre.
• Ensure the signature matches the signature uploaded with the application.
• Do not sign in capital letters.
• Carry the original identity proof and its self-attested photocopy.
• Keep two additional matching photographs.
• Do not carry a mobile phone, smartwatch, calculator, books or written notes.
• Submit the rough sheets before leaving the examination lab.
• Follow biometric-verification instructions.
• Avoid applying ink, chemicals or mehandi to the hands if it could interfere with biometric verification.
• Follow the special instructions applicable to candidates using a scribe.

The date, time, reporting instructions and venue printed on the individual call letter are final for that candidate.

2. Re-enter the Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth carefully.
3. Use the date format displayed on the login page.
4. Refresh the CAPTCHA.
