The IBPS PO Exam Pattern 2026 consists of three stages: Prelims, Mains and Interview. The Prelims exam includes 100 questions for 100 marks and is qualifying in nature. The Mains exam consists of 200 objective marks plus 25 descriptive marks, and the Interview carries 100 marks. Final selection is calculated using 80% weightage of Mains score and 20% Interview score, while Prelims marks are not included in final merit.
