The SSC CHSL online application process began on 7 September 2026. Eligible candidates can submit the application form through the SSC portal until 7 October 2026.

Apply here: SSC CHSL Apply Online

Candidates should submit the application early. Waiting until the final day may lead to login issues, payment failures or incomplete submission because of high traffic on the SSC portal.

SSC will open the CHSL application correction facility from 14 October to 16 October 2026.

Candidates can correct and resubmit their application a maximum of two times during the correction period.

The latest successfully submitted corrected application will be considered valid. Candidates should carefully check their name, date of birth, category, educational details, examination centre preference, photograph and signature before final submission.

SSC will upload examination-city and timetable information about 10 days before the examination.

The city slip is not the admit card. It only informs candidates about the allotted examination city in advance so that they can plan travel and accommodation, where required.

Candidates should check the SSC Notice Board regularly for the exam city update.

The SSC CHSL admit card will be available around 2–3 days before the examination.

Candidates must download the admit card online from SSC. It will contain:

• Candidate’s name and roll number;
• Tier-I or Tier-II examination date;
• Shift timing;
• Reporting time;
• Exam-centre name and complete address;
• Examination-day instructions.

No admit card will be sent by post.
