SSC CGL Result 2025-26 Out @ ssc.gov.in, Tier 1 Prelims Result PDF, Merit List & Cut Off Marks

The Staff Selection Commission has officially released the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2025 on 18 December 2025 for the Combined Graduate Level Examination. Candidates who appeared in the SSC CGL Tier 1 Examination conducted from 12 September to 26 September 2025, including the re-examination held on 14 October 2025, can now download the SSC CGL Result PDF and check their qualification status from the official SSC portal.

The SSC CGL Result 2025 PDF contains the roll numbers and names of candidates shortlisted for the Tier 2 Examination for various Group “B” and Group “C” posts under ministries and departments of the Government of India.

According to the official result write-up, a total of 1,39,395 candidates have qualified for the SSC CGL Tier 2 Examination 2025.

SSC has also released:

• Category-wise cutoff marks
• Merit list PDFs
• Post-wise shortlisted candidate lists
• Normalized marks details
• Tier 2 qualification status

SSC has released separate PDFs for:

• Statistical Investigator Grade-II
• All Other Posts

The SSC CGL Tier 1 Result has been prepared using normalized marks because the examination was conducted in multiple shifts across India.

• Result of 49 candidates has been withheld
• Results of 5 candidates were not processed due to debarment/cancellation/rejection

Candidates can follow the official steps below:

1. Visit the official SSC website

2. Click on the “Results” section available on the homepage.
3. Open the “CGL” tab.
4. Click on the respective SSC CGL Tier 1 Result PDF link.
5. Download the PDF file.
6. Press “Ctrl + F”.
7. Enter:

9. If your details appear, you are shortlisted for Tier 2.
10. Save and print the PDF for future reference.

The Tier 2 Exam is tentatively scheduled for the third week of January 2026.
